The Origination Arm of First American Capital Group

HUD loans are long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), a division of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These loans are typically used for multifamily, senior housing, and healthcare properties. They are securitized through GNMA (Ginnie Mae) and offer some of the most attractive terms in the market—up to 35-year amortization, low interest rates, and assumable structures.

Key HUD Loan Programs

- HUD 223(f): Refinance or acquisition of stabilized properties.

- HUD 221(d)(4): New construction or substantial rehabilitation.

- HUD 232: Financing for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

- HUD 242: Hospital facility financing.
